Meet the Team

If you call or visit Pastured Steps Family Farm, Dan will likely be the first one you meet. A mechanical engineer turned farmer, Dan pursues his passion in regenerative agriculture as the building blocks to farm design and decision making. Dan enjoys producing high-quality nutritious foods while building an ecosystem that promotes soil health as well as animal health.

Stacey’s background is in finance/private equity and she brings her love of Excel and organization to help manage our orders, deliveries, and other office needs. She has also learned how to take care of the chickens and helps out in a pinch. Stacey is passionate about high-quality foods as she has seen them turn around numerous health problems.

Josh is the manager of our Purdon location. He enjoys building farm infrastructure and expanding his knowledge in the field of regenerative farming.

Debbie often refers to herself as the CEO "Chief Egg Officer." She has been helping us mainly with deliveries for over a year now.

Hank is in charge of security. He works tirelessly to patrol the grounds all night long keeping preditors at bay. During daytime hours, he enjoys greeting visitors and taking naps in the shade. Our farm would not work without him!
