Here are the key players on our farm. As with most small family farms, we all pitch in as needed to do all the different jobs. We are proud of our team and believe they are the keys to our success.
If you call or visit Pastured Steps Family Farm, chances are Dan will be the first to greet you. A mechanical engineer turned farmer, Dan brings his passion for regenerative agriculture into every aspect of farm design and decision-making. He takes pride in raising high-quality, nutrient-dense foods while cultivating a thriving ecosystem that supports both soil and animal health. Above all, he is driven by a desire to help people heal, feel better, and thrive through real, wholesome food.
Stacey’s background is in finance/private equity and she brings her love of Excel and organization to help manage our orders, deliveries, and other office needs. She has also learned how to take care of the chickens and helps out in a pinch. Stacey is passionate about high-quality foods as she has seen them turn around numerous health problems.
Josh manages our Purdon location, where he takes pride in building farm infrastructure and continually expanding his knowledge of regenerative farming. His passion for hands-on work and sustainable agriculture helps ensure our farm thrives for years to come.
Debbie proudly calls herself the CEO—"Chief Egg Officer." She has been an essential part of our farm, serving as our main local delivery driver for several years, ensuring our fresh, pasture-raised products make it from our farm to your table.
Hank is in charge of security. He works tirelessly to patrol the grounds all night long keeping preditors at bay. During daytime hours, he enjoys greeting visitors and taking naps in the shade. Our farm would not work without him!
