Protocols

These animals are NOT fed any grain or grain by-products. In the case of beef, our cattle are fed only pasture grasses and naturally occurring plants, forage, hay, salt, and minerals.

Once age appropriate, these animals spend their lives on pasture. They are moved to fresh pasture on a regular basis, typically once per day.

We never give our animals any antibiotics or hormones. If one is in need, we will treat it and then remove it from our farm. We have found that when animals are raised on pasture in healthy conditions, those things are not generally necessary.

Raised on a feed that does NOT contain soy or ingredients derived from soy beans.

All supplemental feed provided to these animals is Certified Organic.

Raised on feed that does not contain corn or products derived from corn.
