2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without our express written permission by us.

3. PRODUCTS, CATCH-WEIGHT PRICING, AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. We specialize in farm-direct meats, which are naturally variable in size.

Catch-Weight Pricing: Items sold by weight are estimated at checkout. Your credit card is not charged at the time of checkout. Once your items are selected, weighed, and packed, your total will be updated to reflect the exact weight of the products you receive. You agree to pay the finalized total based on the actual packed weight.

Subscriptions: If you enroll in our "Subscribe & Save" program, you authorize us to securely save your payment token via our payment processor, Stax, and automatically charge your card for recurring orders based on your selected frequency. You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time prior to your order's cutoff time.

4. BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS
By explicitly opting in to receive SMS text messages from Pastured Steps Family Farm during account creation or checkout, you agree to the following terms:

Program Description: You will receive text messages regarding order confirmations, shipping/pickup updates, subscription cutoff reminders, and account alerts.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your order activity.

Pricing: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing dan@pasturedsteps.com.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
